Affiliate Privacy Notice
This notice explains what we collect on affiliates specifically and how we handle it. It is a companion to the main Affiliate Agreement.
1. What we collect
- Name, email, date of birth, phone number
- Company or school name and website
- Payment method and details (e.g., PayPal address)
- Tax ID when required (W-9 or equivalent)
- IP address and user-agent at the time of agreement acceptance
- Program performance data (clicks, conversions, commissions earned)
2. Why we collect it
To operate the Affiliate Program, calculate and pay commissions, comply with IRS reporting requirements, and maintain legal records.
3. What we do not do
CDLRoads does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. How long we keep it
- Active accounts: indefinitely while active.
- Terminated accounts: minimum 5 years for tax and legal compliance.
5. Student data
Students who enroll through your promo code do so directly with CDLRoads. We do not share their personal information with affiliates — only anonymized initials, course purchased, and commission details appear in your dashboard.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing javier.cdlroads@gmail.com. Note that deletion may not be possible for data we are legally required to retain (e.g., tax records).
